2rog Directors Paul Frazier and Julian Wall started their environmental consultancy with extensive environmental knowledge, scientific backgrounds, and a wealth of experience- however, they were only at the beginning of their governance and corporate risk management journey.
They reached out to Blend ESQ to extend their knowledge and avail themselves of strategic advice on governance and corporate risk.
Director of Blend ESQ, Robyn Johnson met with Paul and Julian for an informal governance, risk and strategy session.
Robyn drew on her environmental consulting practice, management systems expertise and professional training with the Australian Catholic University (ACU) in governance and corporate risk to advise 2rog of up-to-date requirements.
The session covered director obligations, corporate oversight, strategic and operational risk, business goals, Director resources and identification of short training courses. True to the informal style of 2rog consulting, the session was conducted over dumplings and beer.
This session provided the Directors of 2rog with assurance they were on the right path and identification of opportunities to improve. It also helped in setting priorities for establishing business processes.
Per the saying “you don’t know, what you don’t know”, this session provided valuable insight into governance and corporate risk management and its inextricable link to business strategy.
2rog Directors Paul and Julian have dedicated their careers to the study and betterment of environment, helping businesses consider environmental factors before they were on the main stream radar.
Bringing a down-to-earth style to environmental consulting in water and natural resource management, 2rog partners with clients, universities, government and indigenous groups to deliver the best options in complex and dynamic environments.

Robyn helped us to organise and implement governance procedures for our Environmental Consultancy. Her preparation was meticulous, and it showed in the way she took us through the things we needed to take on board or improve. Robyn's enthusiasm and knowledge made the experience not only worthwhile, but fun.
