Director of Blend ESQ, Robyn Johnson met with Paul and Julian for an informal governance, risk and strategy session.
Robyn drew on her environmental consulting practice, management systems expertise and professional training with the Australian Catholic University (ACU) in governance and corporate risk to advise 2rog of up-to-date requirements.
The session covered director obligations, corporate oversight, strategic and operational risk, business goals, Director resources and identification of short training courses. True to the informal style of 2rog consulting, the session was conducted over dumplings and beer.
